- Free time is calculated from discharged day or full box gate-in day and calculate per box.
- Saturday and Sunday are counted as calendar days in Freeday period.
- Demurrage and Detention charge are subject to a VAT charge of 5%.

For Transhipment container only following commodities must be specified clear in transhipment documentation as Custom authority restrictions.

- Cigarette or Cigars
- Alcohol product/ Wine/ Bear/ Brandy and etc.,
- Agricultural produce and Chinese medicine (strictly applies for export from China PRC and region)
- According to Article 38 of Taiwan’s Road Traffic Safety Regulations, the total combined weight of a full trailer (including cargo weight, container weight, tractor, and chassis) must not exceed 42 tons. Please follow up below “Road transportation limitation "file. If the total container weight exceeds the weight limits indicated in file, our company will not be able to arrange road transportation. Any fines or accidents and damages incurred during transportation due to exceeding the legal trailer load weight will be borne by the cargo owner.
- Cargo volume is mandatory information and measurement must be manifested in CBM for custom submission
