How do I obtain a Certificate/Letter (if SI is submitted)?
Even after submitting your shipping instructions, you can still request certificates or letters. Here’s how to do it quickly online.
From the homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
In the Bill of Lading widget (top right), select Amend Verify Copy/Bill.
On the Document tab, go to Request Certificates.
Choose the certificate or letter you need and click Save.
