We would like to remind you that from Effective 15th September 2025, all booking cancellation and booking amendment requests prior empty container pick up MUST be submitted via supported digital channels including , EDI and INTTRA. This will help streamline the process allowing more efficiency to process requests faster and with accuracy.

We will continue to accommodate email instructions only in the following scenarios:

• Amendment requests received after the empty containers are picked up from the depot.
• Amendment and cancellation requests that cannot be performed online due to system/website downtimes. (kindly attach a screenshot of the error so our teams can assist you swiftly)
• Amendment Requests received for the following website limitations:
• Amending to alternate transport modes e.g. Rail to truck
• Amending to alternative routes not offered on the website.
• Adding value-added services for multi size/type/weight container bookings.
• Requests from customers who have purchased our (BKS) product.

Any requests received outside of these scenarios will be rejected and you will be guided to use the online channels.
